Food Vendors will be limited and selected based on Pike County Health Department approval, selection of menu items, previous experience at TroyFest, and the committee’s final selection. All Food Vendors should be prepared to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment permit from the Pike County Health Department. More information about this requirement will be provided with acceptance letters.
